Husband and wife team, Gabriel and Antigone, have come to appreciate the value of extra virgin olive oil at a young age, being part of a family that has been producing high quality, raw, extra virgin olive oil for over five generations now.
With backgrounds in medicine and healthy lifestyles, they are combining their passion (borderline obsession) for healthy, raw diets to produce an extra virgin olive oil to meet their highest standards.
Having experienced this raw, superior taste, they decided to share this unique product with like-minded people.

Our olive trees are all of a single variety, known as Koroneiki, and are cultivated in the area of Messinia. Most of our trees are over 150 years old, and are very strong.
Our extra virgin olive oil is produced on the day of harvest, and solely by mechanical means (cold pressing). It has a smooth, rich texture, a fruity, fresh aroma, and a gold-green colour. Perfect for every use!
Rich in polyphenols, and with a very low acidity content, it will meet even highest standards of every health-conscious, gourmet individual.
